We offer refunds, however it is necessary for you to CONTACT us prior so we can track your package properly.



RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 60 days. The 60 days begins when the product(s) are shipped to you. We can not provide a refund or exchange after the 60 day period. To return product(s) we require proof of purchase, which is sent to you through email when ordering.



REFUNDS WHEN APPLICABLE

Once we receive your return our team will inspect the return and determine if it is eligible for a refund. You will be notified through email on the status of your return. If the return is eligible then you will you will be issued a refund to your original method of payment. Payments usually takes about 3-5 business days.



DISCOUNTED REFUNDS

When refunding orders the same price that was initially payed will be refunded. This means that if a discount code was used then the discounted price will be refunded.



FRAUD AND CHARGEBACKS

We take fraud and charge backs very seriously. Law enforcement involvement and legal action will be taken for serious offences.
